While using the database and adding your horse it is necessary to take into consideration the following aspects:
1. As some horse names can have different spelling, it is advised to search by the part of a horse name,
for example searching for Zaubertanz type tanz.
2. If you found your horse in the database and would like to edit its page on your own, it is important to
register in the database and e-mail your login to site administrator. In the shortest possible time the
editor rights will be passed to you.
3. If there is no your horse in the database, it is much easier to start adding your horse from distant
generations of the pedigree (in the absence of relatives in the database). The number of a horse can be seen in the upper
left corner on explorer screen after horse name (on blue background).
4. Filling in all the necessary fields, you should make an inquiry for your horse and the information about your horse
will be activated in 24 hours, i.e. appears in the database, otherwise you will receive an e-mail with the information
that such horse already exists. You can fill in all the fields before activation and attach photos. A photo must be less
than 300 pix and no more than 20 Kb. If you have any problems attaching a photo, feel free to e-mail us for assistance.
5. While adding your horse’s date of birth follow the format “dd/mm/yyyy” (the year of birth must be filled completely).
In case your horse’s date of birth is unknown, please, type 00.00.0000. If you know only your horse’s year of birth, please,
type 00.00.1998.
6. If the breeder of your horse is not mentioned in the database, fill in the field “breeder”, inserting all the necessary data.
The telephone number must include country and city codes.
7. If you have any further information about horses from the database, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail.
